In Cartujana we care about your satisfaction. If you do not agree with your purchase, apply the following conditions:

  • Deadline: You have up5 working daysafter receiving your order to request reimbursement or change.
  • Product conditions: The article must be in perfect condition, no use, with labels and in its original packaging.
  • Process:

    2. Indicate your order number and the reason for the return.
    3. Once approved, you must send the product to the address we indicate.
  • Shipping costs: In case of voluntary return, the customer is responsible for the transport costs. If the error was ours (defective or wrong product),Cartujana will cover the costs.
  • Reimbursement time: to be processed within the10 working daysafter receipt of the product.
